Limit the Message Size

This setting limits the total kilobyte size of a message contributed to the mailing list. It is considered bad etiquette to send a very large message to a mailing list -- instead, a large file should be placed on the Web, and a URL given which points to it. This feature allows you to limit the kilobyte size of messages posted to your mailing list.
